Refund Policy

Welcome to Pam Kerr Designs.  Our wish is for you to be completely happy and in love with your purchase. You may return an item if the product is faulty or different from how you envisaged.

Only our regular priced items may be refunded.  Unfortunately SALE items cannot be refunded.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a refund:

Before returning the item please email pam@pamkerrdesigns.com or phone 03 337-3730

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  2. Please return your item in the original packaging.
  3. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. We cannot refund for return shipping, unless the item is faulty.
  5. We cannot be responsible for items lost by return shipping.

 


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or faulty. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at pam@pamkerrdesigns.com

Any items purchased on Pam Kerr Designs Online shop must be returned directly to Pam Kerr Designs, and not to any Retail shops that carry our range.

We are unable to accept any returns for items bought from a Retail shop or at another Online shop. Please contact the original Retail or Online shop you purchased the item from.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may like to consider using a trackable option as we don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
