Refund policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS
My wish is for you to be completely happy and in love with your purchase. To make your experience risk free you may return an item if the product is faulty or different from how you envisaged.
We do not accept returns and exchanges for the following case:
- Items purchased on SALE.
7 day Return policy (Only for full priced items)
- You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Any returns after that time will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and unworn.
Before returning the item please email pam@pamkerrdesigns.com or phone 021 234-2569.
- Please return your item in the Pam Kerr pouch and box.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We do not refund for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
- We cannot be responsible for items lost by return shipping.
- Please return item using a Track & trace courier.
We only accept returns for products purchased on the Pam Kerr Designs website within New Zealand only.
We are unable to accept any returns for items bought from a Retail shop or at another Online shop. Please contact the original Retail or Online shop you purchased the item from.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES
We are more than happy to exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. We can only exchange your piece if it has not been worn and is in perfect condition.
We do not exchange broken or damaged items. You will need to send us the original item in the original packaging and you will need to include a note with the reason why you're exchanging it and whether you would like to exchange it for another item or store credit.
REPAIRS
It is unusual for our products to have faults due to the high-quality craftsmanship.
Any manufacturing faults will be repaired at no cost within 6 months of purchase. Please supply us with proof of purchase.
This warranty does not cover damage or loss, kinks or change in color (tarnish), as a result of normal wear and tear nor will it cover mishandling or neglect from its wearer. This policy does not cover any damage caused by the customer due to negligence or stress on the item concerned.
The warranty is void if external attempts of repair are made. Please note that we cannot replace or repair stones.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. For your return please use a Track & trace courier.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
