      Shipping policy

      SHIPPING

      New Zealand:  FREE Shipping on all orders.

      Overseas:  We are no longer able to ship orders to addresses outside New Zealand.

       

      SHIPPING TIME & CARRIER

      New Zealand:  1 - 3 business days depending on where you live.  We use NZ Post Courier. 

      You will be notified the day your parcel is shipped with a tracking number.

      Very Important: When checking out please supply us with a physical address (not a P.O. Box), such as a workplace or a daytime address where someone will be there to sign for your package.

      Pam Kerr Designs ships Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Upon receipt of your payment please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be made. We will email you if there are any delays.

      Please note there is no weekend delivery.

       

      PAYMENT

      The Shop prices are in New Zealand dollars.

      We accept payment via the following:

      • Credit Cards:  Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
      • Paypal:  PayPal is a secure online payment system, and is very easy to use. You do not need a PayPal account to use for your payment.  Just click the PayPal button when you go through the checkout and look for the link to pay with your credit card.  PayPal will then send you an email to confirm the transaction.
      • Applepay, Gpay, Shoppay

      All payments via our site are processed in a secure environment.  We will never release your personal or contact details for any reason.

      DUTIES & TAXES

      New Zealand:  GST tax of 15% is included on all prices.

       

      LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

      Please contact us within 14 days at pam@pamkerrdesigns.com if your package does not arrive, or arrives damaged.  We'll do everything we can to assist you if you wish to make an insurance claim.

      We are not liable for and will not replace or pay compensation for loss of, or damage to, items we send if:

      • the loss or damage is the result of an event beyond our reasonable control.
      • the loss or damage occurs after delivery.
      • the item was authorized to be sent without tracking.
