 How long will it take to process my order?

1 to 3 days. You will receive an email letting you know the progress of your order.

How long will shipping take?

New Zealand:  1 to 3 days depending on where you live.  We use NZ Post Courier. 

Rest of the World:  7 to 14 days depending on where you live.  We use EMS Economy Courier and will require a signature on receipt. 

You will be notified the day your parcel is shipped with a tracking number.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You are only able to cancel or change your order if it hasn’t been shipped. For further assistance, please email here with your order details.

Can I return my purchase for a refund?

100% risk free. My wish is for you to be completely happy and in love with your purchase.

7 day Return policy:

• You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.  Any returns after that time will not be accepted.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and unworn.
• Before returning the item please email pam@pamkerrdesigns.com or phone 021 234-2569.

Do you accept returns on all items? 

We do not accept returns and exchanges for the following cases:

• Items purchased on Sale.
• Earrings & studs for hygiene reasons.
