How long will it take to process my order?
1 - 3 business days. You will receive an email letting you know the progress of your order.
Do you ship overseas from New Zealand?
We are no longer able to ship orders to addresses outside New Zealand.
How long will shipping take?
New Zealand: 1 - 3 business days depending on where you live. We use NZ Post Courier.
You will be notified the day your parcel is shipped with a tracking number.
Do you charge for shipping?
New Zealand: FREE Shipping on all orders.
Can I cancel or change my order?
As soon as you place your order, please get in touch with me if you would like to cancel it. You can only cancel or change your order if it hasn’t been shipped. For further assistance, please email here with your order details.
Do you accept returns on all items?
We do not accept returns and exchanges for the following case:
- Items purchased on SALE.
Can I return my purchase for a refund? (Only for full priced items)
7 day Return policy:
- You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. Any returns after that time will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, and unworn.
